i've juz came hm nt too long ago from tutoring my neighbour's kid..
haha..wad fun it is to spend d last day of the year huh..
oh well, i reckon more of these days to come along in 2006,
where i'll be swamped with school, all the tuitions n stuffz..
i do hope i can manage my time well enough..
frenz asked me y i so pia take up so many tuitions..
itz nt dat i'm badly in need of money la..
basically d money is juz standby cash for rainy days..
all in all, itz d passion of teaching n helping the kids..=)
shall be popping over to huat's bday cum countdown party ltr on at his hse..
thou i wun be staying for d countdown as i'll be spending it with my beloved,
still hope dat it'll b fun der..
at least end off 2005 with a happy n memorable note.. heh
often, when it cums to d last day of the year, ppl tend to sum up wad happened to dem in d past year... let's c if i still rmb evyth anot.. if nt as least d more significant ones...
2005: - d year dat i officially become a civil servant with MOE..
- received my 1st share of the year end bonus.. heh
- met my beloved bf (d happiest thing dat happened)
- din do too well for my examz thou i passed evyth.. scored onli average..
thot i could do betta, onli dat i've been too complacent n slack last sem..
well, i've got a bad memory so pardon me for d short recap of d happenings..
as for 2006, i certainly hope it'll be a better year ahead... nt onli for me, but for my family, friends n loved ones as well..
things i planned to acheive in 2006:
1) get rid of my flabby tummy n d excess fats (trimax betta or u-zap betta?*ponders*)
2) learn driving n hopefully get my license (my darling wants me to learn..heh)
3) change a new hairstyle? (kinda getting tired of my hair liao.. wana try sth new but i dun hv enuf courage..haiz.. contradicting siah~)
4) do well for my 2nd sem ( no more Cs to appear in d result slip n i hope to get a GPA of 3.5...possible?? sounds tough!!)
5) go for an overseas trip with my darling for a holiday
hmmm.......dat's all i can tink for now..
will add on the list if i think of more...
hopefully i can acheive wad i planned out..heh..

dear's nt gng for his trip le..
coz he has fallen sick..
its worrying for him to go on a trip in dat condition..
esp when der'll b no1 to tkcare of him.. nt to mention d cold weather der n his sensitive nose..
i'm worried..
so he cancelled his trip..
frankly speaking, i'm happy coz i'll get to spend time with him..
but i'm sad as well coz i know dear's surely v disappointed dat he cant go for d trip, he has been waiting for dis trip for soooo long liao..
now dat d day has finally arrived, he has fallen sick..

yeah, no more agony in missing him liao.. heh
n we'll get to spend new year's eve together!!! yippee~

helped my mum to start off with d spring cleaning at home..
she says time is running out... CNY coming liao, muz spring clean liao..
oh well..i helped her clean all d windows, dat's all i could do for d day coz i need to attend my buddy, Michelle's birthday party ltr on in d aftern... i din hv much time to do too many things oso.. heh
baby came over to pick me ard 2pm den we headed over to cheverons, where d party's held.. waited for dear angel for 1hr+ b4 we head over.. tsk tsk.. =p
finally reached Mic's party... she looked fabulous!! cool chic yeah.. keke..
tried bowling for d 1st time in my life der.. heh.. Mic's special request for me to try out, despite me telling dem i dun know how to bowl..but who can go against d bday ger's wish ya.. heh.. so i gave it a try together wif mic, angel n my baby..
played 4 sets, gt a total of 37 pts.. if i din rmb wrongly..heh..
so it wasnt reali difficult as i thot it wld be.. coz i juz anyhow throw ball..haha
another nice thing der is dis little kid called "mingming". he's d kid dat Mic's mum is babysitting.. Ming is sooooooooooooooooooo cutez!! played wif him, carry him ard, n he actually called my "jiejie" n said byebye to me when i left... so sweet!!!
had a gd time @ Mic's party n i hope she did too n like d present.. =D

next on schedule, we headed over to dearie's auntie's place @ west coast area. She's having her housewarming party n i'm supposed to b present coz baby said dat his cousins wanted to see me.. it was scary initially coz i'd hv to see so many unfamiliar faces.. but luckily, they were all a very friendly bunch..
itz a nice family gathering.. envied them coz my relatives seldom or shld i say nv hv such gatherings together de lor... dat's quite sad.. =p
nevertheless, i had a gr8 time, thou itz quite tiring.. heh..
tomorrow... tomorrow, baby's leaving for his Genting trip le..
i wun b able to see him for d nxt wk... *sob sob*

juz came bac from a mini celebration with my bf n 2 of his buddies, Weida and James plus his gf, Meili..
we went to Beach Cabana @ ECP to eat our dinner..
d food der is nt bad... 100% charcoal grilled..
den we walked ard for a while @ ECP, sat down chit chat, count stars, c ppl bbq, play fireworks etc.. itz a lovely nitez.. =)

went to Qianlin's chalet.. had a bbq der..
d place was kinda ulu la.. itz one of d changi govt chalet,
somewhere near old changi hospital..
creepy looking.. =/
luckily my dearie sent me der.. else i tink i wld hv given it a miss
coz i aint gonna stay overnite..lol
nevertheles, had fun der.. d usual gang, filled with endless laughters
left ard 9+,drove ard wif baby..ended up @ seletar dam..
baby brought me der coz i v sua ku nv go der b4..haha!
itz a nice place,very peaceful @ nite, with occasional yoshi pipes blaring here n der.. d hangout place for bikers to "fly".. nice place for couples to pa-tor oso.. haha... no distubance wad-so-ever.
on d whole, i had a gr8 time yday...thanks baby! =D

firstly, went to d temple in d morning to 拜拜
luckily der wasnt many ppl der hence movement
ard d temple was an ease =)
was walking ard d temple when i saw dis interesting thing..
they hv a list of those zodiac years which 犯太岁
n i went to check out which category i belong to...
my finding:
1984 -- 屋上之鼠
does dat mean dat i belong to d rooftop?
hahahaha... i hv no idea too.. =p
left d temple after we finished.. den headed for swimming @ cck stadium..surprisingly, der wasnt much of a crowd der, considering dat itz a sat aftern,but den again, d sky was kinda threatening to rain la as grey clouds hovered above d sky.. but who cares.. nt many ppl = good news to me coz i'll hv d whole pool to myself.. ok, mayb nt d whole pool but den i wun hv to "siam" ppl as i swam so itz a gd thing.. =D
as i've nt swam for quite a while, din dare to set v high goals to accomplish..initially i had in mind to swim 20laps onli..
but after i start to get d momentum of it, an easy 30laps whizz past without much acknowledgement.. i decided dat itz enuf for d day as it was getting chilly as slight drizzle start to hit d water surface.. i ducked into d shower room in d nick of time to escape d heavy downpour... *heng ah*
left d pool after d rain stopped n headed to LOT1 for dinner..
der were sooooooooooooooooooooo many ppl @ LOT1,
most doing last minute xmas shoppin i reckon'
crazy sales were evywhere.. ppl shopped as if all d items were F.O.C
it was especially significant @ Giodarno coz they're having a sale!
i overheard d team leader telling d crew to continue to "pia" sales coz they're "fighting" for d highest sales with other outlets..
they're number2 so far..
cheers rang out among d crew n they continue to call out to customers...
calling out as if itz pasar malam lelong sales.. hahaha
perhaps they're working hard for d year end bonus..
if dat's d case n if i were one of dem, i guess i would hv done d same n go all out...for $'s sake, itz worth it..lolz!
got myself another new top from Gio..
itz a new design so nt much discount thou i got d normal VIP discount..
but itz ok la coz i like d new design.. hehez..

i'm referring to my shopping power, if u're wondering..
i used to be able to shop non-stop for d whole day..
but nw, only a couple of hours walking ard is enuf to kill my poor legs..
n it becomes extra irritating when u seem to be walking ard aimlessly or rather, even if u hv an aim to get some stuffz, u juz cant find d ideal n correct one..
dat's very infuriating..!!
i hate it when i go out shopping but end up buying nothing in d end..
yeah, itz a bad habit of mine.. if i go out shopping, i'll surely buy sth so as nt to make a wasted trip... perhaps dat's y i alwaz ended up spurlging ba...*oopz*
so i beared wif the tiredness of my legs n continued to shop...
yes, i wasnt giving up until i at least buy sth..
luckily my perseverance did nt go to waste..
i managed to conquer a few items..
1) a new top
2) a pair of new heels
3) new earrings n
4) a skirt
thou i din reali managed to get all d stuffz dat i had in mind for my shopping list, i'm still kinda glad dat at least i managed to get sth.. =p
counting down to x'mas, der's nt much time left for me to get d stuffz i want liao..
oh nooooooo...!!!!

yes! MAYDAY aka 五月天 has finally blasted down to spore..!!!
it was a sea of red @ the max pavilion...
我们都记得与五月天的红色约定。。。
for me, it was a much anticipated concert to look forward to since itz d 1st time i'm gng for 五月天's concert n to make dis concert an even more special one, itz d 1st concert i'm gng wif my baby..
indeed, 五月天 nv disappoint us..
a continuous 4hrs of non-stop rock music,solo performance of each instrument by every member of the grp,screaming,shouting,jumping..it was a crazy sight..!
sparkling light sticks flooded d whole max pavilion.. we swore to blast down the whole place.. haha..(",)
everyone was sooooooooooo high!!
itz reali a GREAT concert... in fact one of the best dat i've ever went to.. the engagement between 五月天 n us, d audience is simply fabulous.. everyone's getting crazy over them...!!
seriously, they're no hunks...BUT when they start to perform their individual instruments, they simply look DASHING!!!
真是帅呆了！！！
怪兽与石头的吉他对抗、玛莎的solo bass秀、冠佑的锣鼓秀、当然还有阿信那把独特的嗓音，简直是天衣无缝的演出了。。。
i had a fantastic time with my darling.. we sang along to the songs, swayed, danced, waved, screamed...totally immersering ourselves into the mood..thou it was rather tiring n taxing on both our legs n necks (since we stood for like 4hrs!! ok la, we did tk little breaks in btwn to rest our poor legs..haha) but still i enjoyed myself.. i hope dat my dearie did too.. "baby, did u?"
oh well.. all good things will cum to an end eventually..

by a click thru my mental data-base, i knew it has sth to do wif my bro again..n indeed i was correct!!
itz his graduation nite tmr..(yes, he's finally graduating frm hcjc)
he has been fussing abt his clothes since last wk, n has spent lotz of $$ on dem oredi.. d problem nw doesnt lie with his outfit, but rather d issue of nt coming hm after his grad nite tmr.. he wanted to stay out @ ritz carlton's hotel with some of his friends.. der was a heated argument on-going but i din wana interfere..
i saw a red-faced boy arguing his way thru to fight for his "freedom" to stay out overnite n a persistent mum who stands firmly by her decision.
i'm sure my mum has her reasons to it so i did nt probe further on out of respect for her decision. or rather i should say i'm used to d way dat she does things.. i've been thru these little paths myself..
when i was younger, mum also disallowed me to go to many places.. for eg: i wasnt allow to attend chalets n staying overnite or go out with my frenz as n when i like.. at dat pt of time i was also very angry n juz cant seemed to understand wad's her problem in restricting my freedom... i used to argue quite alot wif her, many a times i lost, coz i din hv d guts like my bro do to talk back to her n fight for d chance..
now dat i've grown up n become more sensible, i fully understand d reasons behind my mum's actions... they were merely juz some little acts to protect me..itz purely her love, care n concern for me.. i understand it now..but does my bro knows it too?
i seemed to c d old me in my bro nw.. i wanted very much to talk to my bro, but he simply doesnt want to hear me out, he doesnt even listen to me n he's nw practically shuttng himself out from us, locking himself in his room...
i dun wish to c dis type of thing happening in my family.. especially when itz juz over a very small matter..
but i guess der's really nothin' much i could do..
judging from my bro's character n temper, i know he'll still stay out tmr nitez despite my mum's disagreement to it.. but i hope he'll nt! *prayz*

i practically dragged myself out of home coz d sun's super blazing hot today, could hardly even open my eyes when i stepped out onto d roads..=/
oh well, wadever it is, i gotta do wadever i need to do today..
firstly, brought my sis to her sch to get her remaining textbooks..
den we went to dis building behind IMM to collect my bro's hp.. n yes,dat place is rather inaccessible n we walked all d way der under d blazing sun..
finally reached der n waited for quite a while oso despite der wasnt many ppl der.. guess coz it was near lunch time.. finally it was my turn, collected d hp n off i went.. took my sis for lunch @ mac..whilst eating, i suddenly realised dat der's a BIG red patch on my right arm.. n der's quite a few stings which resembles mosquito bites.. asked my sis to check it out n she claims to be some allergy.. but i was wondering to myself, wad on earth did i come into contact wif dat leads to dis allergy coz u muz know i seldom hv any allergies de lor.. ^_^?
anyway, i beared with d itchness n after walking ard IMM for a while, we headed home coz d weather's reali too hot liao.. dun know drank how much water today le, but i still kinda feel dehydrated.. -__-"
upon reaching home, i immediately rushed into d bathroom n splashed myself with d icy water...oh man.. it sure feels GOOD!! lolz
d itchness on my arms hv subsided, nt so swollen n red oso le.. mum says itz bitten by some insects.. mayb i did brush my arm against some bush while trying to cross d roads with my sis..these marks should be gone by tmr i hope.. i'll try nt to scratch!

i hv a new blog le!!
was previously using friendster's blog, but somehow, sth seemed to be wrong wif my bloggie over der..after several attempts to salvage it, all my efforts were wasted!
haiz..so eventually, i gave up hope on it n turn to blogspot!! haha... strangely enuf, it was kinda highly recommended by my frenz..so i made my choice on it! =D
finally after some figuring out, i managed to add in a tag-board for my bloggie n a stats counter too..
being an IT idiot, i know nuts abt html stuffz..=/
so i reali feel gd after seeing these 2 features successfully being put up in my blog.. dun get me wrong, i dun mean to sound proud..i'm reali juz happy! =)
btw, shiqi gave me a site for free blog skins..saw a couple of reali nice ones, but i juz couldnt figure out how to use dem? *sadz*

dat 2hrs was rather unbearable coz half of d tiem d fan was blowing directly at me.. been oredi chilled to d bones, u can imagine d torture..
but nevertheless, i hung on..
went bac hm after my tuition n had a short nap.. could onli afford a short nap coz i needa bring my sis to j8 ltr on in d evening for her Little Entrepreneurs' Prize Presentation. yup, i was assigned d task coz nobody else wana do dat n no one was "free". anyway, itz fine wif me oso coz i'l lget to meet my baby for dinner anyway, n i'm contented wif dat... =)
so i went to tk a shower after my nap, popped 2 panadols n i went out..
luckily, my fever did nt cum bac.. =p
met up wif my sis's teacher n he brought dem for dinner @ cafe cartel..
yup, he's a rich dude.. cant believe he ordered so much food for juz 5kids n himself...total bill was as high as 160buckz.. oh man!
enuf of d luxurious meal those lucky kids had...
dearie came shortly after i reached j8, so we went to hv our dinner together..
simple fare works wonder for us..
sometimes itz d company u hv n nt d food dat matters..
had an enjoyable dinner wif him..
walked ard j8 abit while hearing d prize presentation..
my sis's team lost in d 2nd round of d competition..
fairfield emerged d final winner..
i know dat d kids hv worked reali hard..
but as d saying goes.."you3 qian2 neng2 shi3 gui3 tui1 mo4"
well, d whole ceremony ended like in half an hr.. duhz.. kinda wastage of time to go oso, no wonder some schs give it a miss..lol

2) was a super small sized ger (ppl often dun believe dat i was in p5..haha)
3) had very short hair, almost those boy-boy styles lor

1) was in bt batok sec sch, juz completed my O levels (woohoo~)
2) met lotza GREAT frenz n buddies at BBSS
3) started to let my hair grow long coz i decided dat i hv enuf of "boyish" days.

1) made myself super bz by taking up lotza tuition assignments(total of 14 assignments @ d same time) since i was so FREE almost evyday... i wanted to drown myself wif work n 2 d same time earn some quick buckz.. lolz
2) applied for a position of a Chinese Teacher with National Institute of Education (NIE)
3) was successfully recruited by NIE (heng ah!) n started my life as a trainee teacher.
1 YEAR AGO,2004, I:
1) was still with NIE, in my 2nd year of d course (stress~)
2) was getting tired of my single life, but wad to do, i've to face d fate dat i'm endowned with (haiz~)
3) mugged hard for my studies coz i know i cant afford to flunk anyth (imagine d horrendous amt of debt i gotta repay if i were to flunk... dun tink i can ever repay even if i declare bankrupt...duhz~)
YESTERDAY (02-12-05),I:
1) gave tuition to wenjun n wenwei
2) spent some lovely moments with my dearie
3) had a sumptous dinner (courtesy of dearie's mum) @ his place
TODAY (03-12-05), I:
1) woke baby up in d morning n den went bac to slp again..heez
2) had delicious laksa for lunch, cooked by my mummy ( but d gravy's a little too watery thou'... =p)
3) stayed @ hm to watch d vcds my baby burnt for me
TOMORROW (04-12-05), I:
1) am gonna start tuition for Yong Fang again
2) aint sure if i gotta bring my sis to J8 for her Little Entrepreneurs' Prize Presentation
3) should be meeting my baby (yeah!!!)
3 SNACKS I ENJOY:
1) tim tam (dark choc de tastes betta than d original one)
2) potato chips (pringles is gd but too salty @ times, calbee one's nt bad)
3) all sorts of chocs (but i prefer dark choc to milk choc)
5 THINGS I CANT LIVE WITHOUT:
1) my hp (coz all my contacts r inside, if i dun hv it, den dat's it!)
2) food!! (i'm a greedy pig!)
3) water!! (i'm juz like an ever thirsty camel who can nv store enuf h2o)
4) my hard hard pillow (w/o it, i cant slp.. n i dun like soft soft pillows)
5) my bolsters (1 BIG one n 3 small ones... YES, u saw correctly i need 4 bolsters to slp!!!)

1) still quite stubborn @ times thou' i oredi tried to change alot
2) alwaz a worry-wart, esp towards ppl whom i care alot alot

4) gets stressed up very easily

1) met my baby n be together with him.
2) glad to hear my (premature) baby cousin is healthy n growing up well nw.

4) hv a stable job waiting for me upon graduation.

1) nurse (gave up on dat nt coz i'm scared of blood but is dat i cant bear seeing ppl cry n leaving d world)
2) air stewardess (coz can get to travel to s many places, but too bad i'm nt of a gd enuf calibre... nt tall n pretty enuf)
3) police officer (it seems like a v cool thing to nab criminals..haha)
4) radio deejay (still a dream job nw.. prob i can consider it after i finished my bond wif NIE, but den again i'll b sooooo old den, who'll want me..tsk tsk!)
5) teacher (coz i like kids n i'm gng to b one officially in another 1.5yrz' time..heez!!)
oh my...so much so for recalling n predicting..

itz been a very long time since i was attacked by sore throat...muz be due to d pizza n calamari rings i ate yday....kns!!!
dis is bad coz 1 bad thing will lead to another...but i hope not.. *prayz prayz*
shall drowned myself wif tons of water today...hopefully d sore throat virus will leave me soon..!!
